What comes to mind when you think about the difference between manipulation and persuasion? How do you define these terms in your own words?
Manipulation is about selfishly achieving one's own goals without regard for others, while persuasion is about positively influencing others to take action that benefits both parties. It reinforced the importance of using persuasion ethically and for the greater good in sales and in life.
